Easy Bircher Muesli

Time to serving: 30 mins or overnight

Serves: 2


Ingredients:

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/2 tbsp. of flax seeds

1 tsp of bee pollen (optional) or black sesame seeds

1 tsp of chia seeds

3-4 walnut, coarsely chopped

20g of blueberries

10g of dark raisins

1/4 of honey crisp apple, julienned

1 cup of low fat milk


Instructions:

In a jar or bowl, layer the rolled oats with the rest of the ingredients, add in milk. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Drizzle some honey if you like. Enjoy chilled!
