Prep time: 10 mins
Marinade time: 3 hours
Cooking time: 30-35 mins
8 chicken wings (I only use wingette here)
1 tsp chili flakes / powder
1/2 tbsp. ground turmeric
1 tsp fine sea salt
1 1/2 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh sage (chiffonade)
Marinade wingette for 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Brush some olive oil on the aluminum foil.
Place wingette on top of the foil and bake for 15 mins. Flip the wingette and continue to bake for another 15-20 mins till the pieces are fully cooked through.
Sprinkle with some fresh sage and serve hot.
